About this role

Panther: Better Health Is Skin Deep

Panther is unlocking the tremendous biological power of our skin, delivering efficacious, shelf-stable treatments directly to customers. Panther's precisely engineered smart microarray patches (SmartPatches) address a wide range of needs in Skin Health (cosmetics, medical aesthetics) and are designed to treat conditions in Systemic Health (infectious diseases, allergies, cancer, autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders). Billions of people around the world lack access to effective treatment, and we will change this.

SmartPatches enable effective, tech-enabled customer experiences, and our AI platform provides valuable insights for improved patient outcomes and the development of even better treatments. SmartPatches are affordable to manufacture and distribute, and easy to apply, resulting in greater access and market expansion. Panther is developing clinically validated products, the first of which launches in 2027.

The Opportunity

Panther is about to launch Pique™ Labs, our first skincare brand, and we're looking for the leader who will build it from the ground up.

This isn't a brand-management role with an established playbook. As Panther's first VP of Go-to-Market, you'll build our commercial function from zero: the brand, the channels, the team, the partners and the processes that take a product from the lab to the market. You'll work with a great team to shape what Pique™ Labs stands for, how it's priced and where it's sold, own the revenue plan, and lead the launch. Pique™ Labs starts with one breakthrough product, but it's built to become a complete skin regimen, so you'll then turn that first launch into a lasting brand portfolio.

You bring deep insight into beauty and dermatology, and a real talent for understanding consumers: what they want from their skin, what they believe, and how to speak to them in a way that earns their trust. You know what great looks like from a leading beauty, skincare or aesthetics company, and you've rolled up your sleeves at a smaller company where you did a bit of everything at different times in your career. You're as comfortable in a meeting with a leading dermatologist as you are in a creative review, or working with finance to build the forecast behind the plan. You set the vision, and you personally make it happen.

The Impact You’ll Make in Your First Year

- Build out the team: hire for sales & channel and marketing.
- The Pique™ Labs brand is built from the ground up (positioning, identity, packaging, pricing and product story), defined by you and ready for market.
- An omni-channel strategy, including e-commerce and the dermatology channel, and a launch plan agreed with the CEO and the Board.
- Key dermatology partners established for the launch in the dermatology channel.
- The commercial engine in place: agencies selected, and demand forecasting, partner reporting and a commercial KPI dashboard running.
- A successful launch in 2027 that hits the agreed targets for revenue, sell-through and repeat purchase.
- A roadmap for the next products in the Pique™ Labs regimen, developed together with R&D.

What You Will Do

- Select and manage the creative, design, PR and channel partners that help bring the brand to market.
- Be the hands-on owner of the work while the team is being built and Lead the brand and commercial strategy as the function grows, setting positioning, go-to-market plans, forecasts, and key strategic partnerships
- Set up the commercial processes and tools a launch needs: demand forecasting, dermatology partner and e-commerce reporting, customer data and a KPI dashboard.

- Define and track the metrics that show whether the brand is working, including sell-through, repeat purchase, customer acquisition cost and brand awareness, and report them to leadership and the Board.

Channel Strategy and Sales

- Define the omni-channel strategy across e-commerce (direct-to-consumer), the dermatology channel and, over time, international markets, including how the channels work together and when to add each one.
- Establish and manage the key dermatology partners for launch, and personally lead the most important relationships.
- Build and lead the e-commerce channel: the online store, conversion, retention and customer acquisition.
- Set pricing and trade terms together with Finance.

Build the Regimen

- Work with R&D and Product to shape the roadmap for the next products in the Pique™ Labs regimen, based on customer insight and market opportunity.
