About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative Retail Officer Projects to coordinate, support and activate our retail plan.
This role will support the delivery of key retail strategic projects, including initiatives such as fitment, ensuring activity is aligned to the broader retail strategy and delivered to critical timelines.
You will focus on project coordination, reporting, process documentation and network communication to support strong execution of the Repco Retail Proposition, both online and in store.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of retail projects and initiatives within agreed timeframes.
- Develop clear, timely communications for key stakeholders and the store network.
- Support Operations and the Store Network to deliver coordinated and seamless execution.
- Work collaboratively with Retail State Partners, Merchandise, Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to drive add-on sales, solution selling, basket and unit growth, and own-brand performance.
- Use data trends to provide insights, opportunities and solutions that improve retail performance.
- Provide support and national guidelines for locally managed events, including store opening events.
- Provide operational support to the Retail Leadership Team and key stakeholders on business-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project reporting, process documentation and communications.
- Actively identify, report and make safe hazards or risks within the workplace.
- Demonstrate a visible commitment to health and safety through workplace participation, discussions and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, the Code of Conduct, and applicable legislation.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong retail execution capability, project coordination skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, interpreting data and turning insights into practical actions.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in retail execution and sales support.
- Data analytics, reporting and operational support capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within set timeframes.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
