About our role

As a BMS Service Technician for Johnson Controls', you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of building management systems (BMS) in commercial and industrial facilities across Sydney. This full-time role is an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients' building systems are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on BMS equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
- Diagnose and rectify issues within building automation and control systems.
- Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, facility managers, and building occupants.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About Yo u

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as a BMS, Controls, or HVAC Service Technician.
- Strong knowledge of building automation and control systems.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Controls, or Building Automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A current and valid driver's licence.
