As our portfolio continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Compliance & Risk Coordinator to support the safe, compliant and efficient operation of our parks and resorts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leaders across multiple sites, helping drive best practice in compliance, risk management, governance and operational administration while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

What will you be doing?

As the Operations Compliance & Risk Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting operational excellence across the Parks & Resorts portfolio. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll coordinate compliance activities, maintain governance frameworks, support risk management initiatives and help ensure our businesses operate safely and effectively.

You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple functions, providing practical support, guidance and administration to ensure compliance obligations, operational standards and business priorities are achieved.

Your day-to-day impact

- Coordinate compliance activities, audits, reporting and governance requirements across Parks & Resorts.
- Maintain and monitor risk registers, action plans and compliance documentation.
- Support contractor management processes, including onboarding, compliance tracking and record management.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking.
- Manage and maintain operational documentation, policies, procedures and SharePoint systems.
- Support business continuity, safety and risk management initiatives across the portfolio.
- Prepare reports, presentations and operational updates for key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of new systems and ways of working.
- Collaborate with site leaders and provide support across teams to ensure operational priorities are achieved.

What you'll bring to the team

- Experience in compliance, risk, governance, safety or operational support roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
- Experience managing documentation, reporting and business systems, ideally including SharePoint.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- A current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to RAC Parks & Resorts sites as required.
