VA CLAIM — contingent opportunity / expression of interest
Axyde Analytics, LLC is building a qualified candidate pool for potential work supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Comprehensive Legal Assistance & Integrated Management (VA CLAIM) requirement, RFI 36C10X26Q0244. This is advance recruiting at the market-research stage. No contract award, funded vacancy, start date, minimum hours or employment offer is guaranteed.
Location: Nationwide US coverage; remote, contractor-site or VA-site work will depend on each future assignment. Midlothian, Virginia is Axydes recruiting base, not a promised duty station. Please state your geographic coverage and travel availability.
Potential responsibilities
- Provide legal research, case analysis, chronologies and draft work product for VA counsel review.
- Support employment and labor litigation and administrative proceedings, including EEOC, MSPB or FLRA matters as assigned.
- Assist with discovery, witness and exhibit preparation, deposition support, and legal writing; litigation-skills training experience is welcome.
What we are seeking
- JD and current active bar membership in good standing in a US jurisdiction; assignment-specific authority will be verified.
- Demonstrated federal employment or labor-law experience and substantial relevant legal writing and case-support work.
- Ability to document relevant forum experience, protect privileged information and complete conflict review. VA experience is preferred.

All litigation and trial work product will go through VA counsel; contractor personnel will not independently file on VAs behalf.
