Axyde Analytics, LLC is building a nonexclusive specialist bench for VA CLAIM, RFI 36C10X26Q0244 (26-0106). This is market-research recruiting, not an awarded contract or guaranteed vacancy. No award, start date, hours or assignment is promised. Work location, schedule, scope and terms depend on future authorized orders; nationwide and US-territory coverage is sought. Midlothian is Axydes administrative posting anchor, not a required work location. Remote, hybrid or on-site work depends on the proceeding.
FOIA / PRIVACY ACT AND FEDERAL CLAIMS RESEARCH SPECIALIST
PWS 5.3: support legal/factual research, case-file development and analysis in documented specialties such as FOIA/Privacy Act appeals, FTCA, EAJA, ethics, accreditation/fees or contracts. Identify the lanes you actually cover and work personally performed. Deliverables are subject to agency attorney review; no independent VA filing or unauthorized legal practice. Attorneys must identify current bar credentials; research/paralegal contributors must accurately distinguish their role.
Please submit a current rsum and identify relevant assignments and dates, professional credentials and issuing jurisdiction/status, local and territory coverage, remote/on-site capability, short-notice availability and rate expectations (unit and any minimum engagement). Explain any relevant 24-hour dispatch and overnight-delivery capacity; do not imply these apply to every order. Complete the VA CLAIM screening application, including conflicts and your rsum-use preference. Do not disclose privileged or confidential case information. Individual practitioners and specialist providers may identify their delivery model; any relationship requires separate agreement and order-specific qualification/conflict review.
