Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Purpose of the role:
To extend the technical training capabilities for Mahindra and at MILE through training delivery, adequate knowledge upgradation & Training effectiveness. Ensuring all Training needs for the course, Topic, Product & Role are surpassed & enhancing Dealership technical staff skills as well capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery through Classroom Courses as well as certification, virtual courses for Capability Building
Improve capabilities and technical knowledge of key technical staff at dealerships & M&M through imperatives such as Role Certification or New Product Courses, role wise certification courses.
Responsible for driving and ensuring Training Delivery & effectiveness objectives
Training AIDs : Usage & Developing innovative Training methods & AID to enhance training effectiveness to cater to various requirements on the basis of Role, Product & medium ( classroom, virtual, prctical,etc).
Knowledge Upgradation : Learning New skills for Training Delivery, Content Upgrade & provide feedback for Content as well as training aid upgrade by staying updated on technical aspects. Employ and develop Virtual Training skills to be able to deliver modules for audience
Ensuring Training readiness, Training adherence & related documentation as well as MIS

## Education Qualification
Diploma; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Mechanical; Diploma in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile
## General Experience
2-3 years in technical roles. Training experience preferred
