About the location:

What you will do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other non and alcoholic drinks, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, including regular sanitation of equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Collaborate with the lounge team to maintain a welcoming and efficient service environment, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in coffee preparation techniques, beverage recipes, and presentation styles to ensure the lobby lounge remains competitive and innovative.
What you bring:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista, preferably in a high-end hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of various coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and cold brew. Basic knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with other lounge staff members.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current on the latest trends and techniques.
