The Europe and META OEM Sr. Solution Manager grows services revenue and service adoption across OEM partnerships in Europe and META by embedding Lenovo Services into hardware and solution opportunities.

This role combines services subject-matter expertise, program management, and cross-functional collaboration to make sure Lenovo Services are positioned, integrated, and delivered within OEM engagements. The successful candidate turns complex or unclear customer requirements into practical service solutions, clear execution plans, and measurable business results.

The position works at the intersection of Sales, Services, Engineering, and Operations, and helps increase services penetration, attach rates, and customer value.

What you will do:

- Services Growth & OEM Deal Integration
- Increase revenue, penetration, mix, and attach rates for Lenovo Services within OEM opportunities
- Own the regional services growth plan and agree actions with sales leaders to protect and grow services revenue
- Work closely with OEM Sales teams and customers to position and integrate Lenovo Services into deals
- Match customer requirements with the right service offerings, making sure they work commercially and add value for the customer

What you will bring:

- Minimum 6-7 years of previous experience in project or program management in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle services and the competitive services market
- Experience supporting customer-facing sales or solution environments
- Experience managing programs or projects with multiple partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with advanced English
- Ability to turn unclear situations into scalable processes and executable plans

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 32,900–48,180 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
