As a Digital Technology Advisor - Data & Information Architecture, you will be responsible for technical leadership in a diverse team of data professionals, delivering data solutions to business stakeholders and collaborating with peers to drive improvement across the Data Office as a whole.

As Digital Technology Advisor - Data & Information Architecture you will be Responsible for :

- Strive to understand customer requirements and create and adjust data models accordingly.
- Design and engineer data models and data transformations.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of data engineers.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of standards and conventions in the data organization.
- Communicate ideas and designs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Explain the thinking behind design choices and approach technical criticism and suggestions with humility.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's Degree. A minimum 12 years’ experience in data engineering, including a minimum of 4 years of experience in data architecture or modeling.
- High level of proficiency with SQL.
- High level of proficiency with data modeling.
- Deep understanding of code review/GitHub/version control.
- Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, etc. desired
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of data technologies (e.g. Apache Airflow, Databricks, etc.).

Leadership:

- Works with stakeholders and product owners to understand business requirements.
- Makes technical decisions and articulates them to team members clearly.
- Takes the lead in technical discussions among peers and data engineers.
- Delivers tasks on-time with alignment to technical goals. Can identify and raise issues, risks and benefits.
- Participates in change initiatives by implementing new directions and providing appropriate information and feedback.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams.
