Field Specialist IV

Partner with the best As a Field Specialist IV, you will be responsible for executing and supporting medium to high-risk Wellbore Intervention operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. You will leverage your technical expertise to perform complex field operations, support customers at the wellsite, and contribute to operational excellence across Baker Hughes service lines. In this role, you will work closely with field crews, customers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality service while maintaining compliance with all operational, safety, and quality standards.
As a Field Specialist IV, you will be responsible for:

- Executing multiple medium to high-risk applications within the Wellbore Intervention Product Group.
- Supporting low to medium-risk operations across additional product lines when required.
- Applying thorough knowledge of drilling, completion, and workover operations to ensure successful job execution.
- Operating and maintaining Wellbore Intervention equipment in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Demonstrating technical proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products within at least one product line.
- Supporting field operations while ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes quality and operational requirements.
- Working directly with customers and operational teams to achieve successful service delivery.
- Troubleshooting operational issues and supporting effective field solutions.
- Maintaining accurate operational documentation and service records.
- Promoting a strong culture of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

- Demonstrate competency in running multiple medium to high-risk Wellbore Intervention applications.
- Possess thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques.
- Have a solid understanding of drilling and workover rig operations.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products.
- Possess experience and training within the assigned product line.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
- Have the ability to perform effectively in demanding field environments.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Desired Qualifications

- Two-year Technical Degree preferred.
- Industry experience in Wellbore Intervention or related oilfield operations.
- Completion of product line-specific training programs.
- Experience supporting customer-facing field operations.
- Additional exposure to multiple Baker Hughes product lines.
