Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with data to identify trends and performance insights.

- Experience with Google and YouTube’s Workspace of advertising products.

- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.

- Capable of building and maintaining relationships with external clients and working cross-functionally with internal partners.

- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to execute these skills virtually and in-person.

- Excellent organizational, investigative and prioritization skills.

- Lead the execution and optimization of complex digital campaigns across Search+ and YouTube+, leveraging Value Based Bidding (VBB), consolidation, and data strength best practices.

- Maintain clean technical setups, including conversion tracking, offline conversion tracking and tag configurations to ensure data integrity.

- Manage account health, including maximizing campaign investments, bid strategy alignment, and resolving complex billing and troubleshooting for clients.

- Deliver highly-tailored, professional communication. Own the creation of clean, structured, and easy-to-follow customer-facing deliverables with clear and actionable takeaways.

- Act as a key daily point of contact for external partners and media agencies, proactively building trust and unlocking deeper client relationships.
