We are looking for a Business Support Represenative who can join to our Order Management Team in Łódź.
What will you be doing?
- Perform the daily/quarterly/yearly transactional activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement.
- Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders, while proactively identifying potential issues and performing appropriate escalations to maintain operational continuity.
- Participate in and actively drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting and initiating process improvement projects, and proactively contributing creative ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Be proactive and creative in looking for new ideas for value creation for the customer
- Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities.
- Act as a backup for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure. Ensure proper knowledge transfer between backups.
