About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential day-to-day support to colleagues, helping to ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role will include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records and assisting with a range of administrative and organisational tasks.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the business and communicate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in a professional manner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality work and is keen to develop their administrative skills. Please MIND that this is a part-time job with 5h work day.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports and correspondence
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, files and databases
- Handle incoming enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate colleagues
- Arrange travel, meeting rooms and other logistical requirements as needed
- Support invoice processing, purchase orders and other basic financial administration
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders with suppliers
- Assist with onboarding, internal events and other business administration activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Contribute to process improvements and help ensure efficient administrative workflows

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office assistant, team assistant or similar role is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Confident using digital tools, databases and office management systems
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable and adaptable attitude
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
