Job Responsibilities
Land Management
- Monitor and expedite project land activities to ensure completion in accordance with the established schedule.
- Provide recommendations on land acquisition and leasing , considering technical constraints, legal requirements, and landowners’ needs.
- Analyze land-related issues and propose practical solutions to resolve obstacles and minimize project impacts.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure efficient execution of land-related activities.
Complaint Prevention & Resolution
- Recommend preventive measures and monitor the resolution of project-related complaints during the construction phase .
- Coordinate with relevant departments, government agencies, local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to address and resolve complaints effectively.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Political Science, or a related field .
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience .
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills , with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills , with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Willing and able to travel and work in upcountry/project locations as required.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum TOEIC score 750 is required).
