About this role
Here at GXO we are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team working on the Haier contract in Rugby (CV23 0WB) .
You will provide excellent warehouse admininistrator support to the contract management team with both internal and external customers. As first point of contact for enquiries relating to warehouse, inbound and outbound operations you will be handling all enquiries effectively and ensuring that all administrative requirements are fulfilled.
You will be working any 5 of 7, between the hours of 14:00-22:00 however, a degree of flexibility may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Receive all inbound shipments into database system, creating warehouse tags for pallets/cartons/pieces received into warehouse
- Upload clear, accurate pictures associated with damage into database
- Accurately document any exceptions to the receipt of product, within 24 hours (i.e.. damage, shortages, overages etc) communicating any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the inventory team
- Update the system with new products and pack configuration
- Coordinate with the logistics team for shipment schedule
- Generate and distribute warehouse activity reports
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
- Previous knowledge of WMS is preferred but not essential
- Adhere to compliance with site rules, safety and regulatory standards
