IT Business Solutions Analyst (Temporary)

As a IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will support and enhance business applications across JTI Markets and Regions. For 12 months, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders and global D&IT teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, manage system enhancements, and drive continuous improvements. The role combines application support, project delivery, capability development, and innovation while ensuring compliance with JTI standards and governance.

What You’ll Do:

- Support and maintain business applications within the assigned portfolio.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify technology solutions.

- Participate in regional and global system rollouts, upgrades, and localization projects.

- Manage incidents, enhancements, change requests, and problem resolution activities.

- Leverage low-code technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform to deliver business solutions.

- Support demand management, solution implementation, and roadmap delivery.

- Work with vendors and external partners to ensure quality delivery and service performance.

- Promote innovation by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of IT experience.

- Experience in at least two of the following:

- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)

- Data Lake/Data Warehouse technologies

- Field Sales Solutions

- Online Sales, Loyalty, or Payment Systems

- Experience in business requirements analysis and project implementation.

- Understanding of solution design, integrations, and application support.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Fluent in written and spoken Korean and English.
