Sales Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to support our
Sales team with day-to-day coordination, reporting, and operational activities. This is an ideal
opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in Sales Operations and Business
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
● Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and CRM records.
● Assist with sales data analysis and prepare basic reports for management.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities.
● Track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to support the sales pipeline.
● Help maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
● Support the team with presentations, documentation, and other ad-hoc requirements.

### Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a
related field.
● Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 1 year of
experience.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
● Flexible to work in the US Eastern hours i.e. 5:00pm to 2:00am
● Previous internship experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development, or a similar
function will be a plus.
