rodzaju nieprawidłowości, pod nadzorem i zgodnie z procedurami awaryjnymi (EOP – Emergency Operating Procedures).</li><li>Wykonywanie różnych rodzajów prac konserwacyjnych, w tym konserwacji planowej, predykcyjnej i naprawczej, zgodnie z przydzielonymi zadaniami, metodami wykonywania prac (MOP) oraz standardowymi procedurami operacyjnymi (SOP), w razie potrzeby pod nadzorem.</li><li>Dokumentowanie wykonanych zadań oraz problemów wykrytych podczas konserwacji i diagnozowania usterek, zapewnianie odpowiednich działań następczych oraz eskalowanie problemów w razie potrzeby.</li><li>Zapewnianie wymaganej asysty na terenie obiektu zewnętrznym wykonawcom, podwykonawcom, dostawcom oraz usługodawcom zgodnie z odpowiednimi procedurami i poziomem ryzyka.</li><li>Znajomość, przestrzeganie i egzekwowanie wymogów dotyczących bezpieczeństwa i ochrony, w tym ocen zagrożeń związanych z wykonywaną pracą (JHA – Job Hazard Assessments), zasad ochrony środowiska, bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy measurements) with varying levels of supervision.</li><li>Under varying levels of supervision, you will perform basic monitoring and inspection of critical environment-related facility equipment (e.g., controls, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning [HVAC], mechanical systems), building, and grounds for unsafe or abnormal conditions.</li><li>Learn how to operate all systems and equipment in a safe and professional manner and learn about all risks associated with these systems.</li><li>Utilize internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track all equipment assets and to complete work order requests for maintenance work.</li><li>Safely assist in providing emergency monitoring and response to various abnormal conditions with supervision following emergency operating komunikację w środowisku pracy.</li><li>Technicy Critical Environment muszą posiadać odpowiednie świadectwo kwalifikacyjne uprawniające do wykonywania prac związanych z eksploatacją urządzeń, instalacji oraz sieci energetycznych, czyli polskie świadectwo kwalifikacyjne SEP, co najmniej typu „E” (Eksploatacja). SEP oznacza Stowarzyszenie Elektryków Polskich (Association of Polish Electrical Engineers). Uprawnienia SEP wydawane są na okres 5 lat, a ważne świadectwo należy przedstawić podczas procesu rekrutacyjnego. Wytyczne w tym zakresie określa Ustawa z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. z 2006 r. SEP qualifications are issued for 5 years and an active certificate need to be provided during the Recruiting process.
