About this role

The opportunity

Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers grow through our User Acquisition (UA) and monetization solutions. The SMB Customer's Growth team drives revenue growth across thousands of self-serve advertisers and publishers using Unity Ads, Offerwall (Tapjoy) and Unity LevelPlay. We don't manage clients one at a time. We grow them at scale, through data-led outbound campaigns, automation and AI.

As a Senior Business Growth Manager, you'll own growth initiatives end to end. You'll spot the opportunity in the data, size it, design the campaign, launch it and measure the revenue impact. You'll also be a face of the team, leading workshops and webinars for clients and internal teams. This is a 6-month maternity cover, based in Tel Aviv.

This role suits someone who loves digging into data, thinks in experiments and wants to build smarter ways of working with AI.

What you'll be doing

- Plan, launch and optimize scaled outbound campaigns (email, in-product and Intercom) that drive adoption, spend growth and retention for self-serve advertisers and publishers.
- Design and lead workshops and webinars for clients and internal teams, covering topics like product best practices, growth playbooks and AI-powered workflows.
- Find and size growth opportunities in the data, such as budget-capped campaigns, churn risk, product adoption gaps and accounts ready to graduate between segments.
- Set KPIs for every campaign, track results in team dashboards and turn results into clear next steps.
- Build and improve AI-powered workflows and automations (e.g. Claude, internal agents) that let the team reach more clients with less manual work.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Data and Account Management to launch initiatives and hand off high-potential accounts.
- Share insights and performance reviews with the team and leadership in monthly syncs.

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years of experience in mobile advertising, ad-tech, growth, or customer success/account management, ideally with UA or monetization exposure.
- Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable working with large datasets in tools like Looker, BigQuery/SQL, Salesforce or Excel/Sheets, and turning numbers into action.
- Experience running campaigns or experiments at scale, with measurable results (e.g. adoption, revenue or retention lift).
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work, and curiosity to automate and build new workflows.
- Proven experience presenting to groups, such as leading workshops, webinars, trainings or conference sessions, and confidence engaging a live audience and handling Q&A.
- Ability to turn complex products and data into clear, engaging presentations and training materials.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English, including writing client-facing copy and presenting results to stakeholders.
- A self-starter who can ramp up fast and own projects independently from day one.

Bonus points

- Familiarity with Unity Ads, LevelPlay, Tapjoy or other ad networks and mediation platforms.
- Experience with email/marketing automation tools such as Intercom or HubSpot.

- This is a fixed-term, 6-month position covering maternity leave.
