About this role

The Opportunity

Unity Technologies is seeking a Project/Program Manager/Executive Assistant to drive operational excellence and program execution for our executives and leaders within the APAC region, with a focus on Japan and Korea. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently across a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will translate business priorities into structured plans, own program logistics end to end, and be the connective tissue between executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners. You will anticipate needs, surface risks early, and drive the programs and initiatives that let leaders and their teams focus on high-impact work — coordinating across global time zones, including close alignment with APAC stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

- Own end-to-end planning and execution of programs and initiatives for the business unit leadership team, translating priorities into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Design and manage complex logistics — including cross-regional travel programs, budgets, and vendor coordination — for team onsites, offsites, and other leadership events.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, partnering with executives, internal teams, and external vendors across all levels of the organization to keep programs on track and unblock issues quickly.
- Prioritize and sequence competing workstreams and deadlines with minimal direction, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Build, document, and continuously improve repeatable processes and operating rhythms that scale with the business unit’s growth.
- Coordinate executive priorities, meetings, and communications where needed to support the broader program, maintaining composure and focus while managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Own calendar strategy and scheduling for the leadership team, resolving conflicts and balancing competing priorities across APAC and global time zones.
- Plan and facilitate agendas for program and leadership review meetings, driving clear objectives and outcomes with minimal direction.
- Manage program budgets and multi-country expense reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely financial tracking across vendors, travel, and events.
- Produce executive-ready briefs, status updates, and decision materials that synthesize program progress for leadership and stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact and liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders across Japan, Korea, and Unity global.

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience managing programs or projects in hyper-growth environments, where cross-functional relationship-building is critical to delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — Japanese and English at minimum, with Korean a bonus — with the ability to synthesize information into clear plans and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- High integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive program information.
- Track record operating in highly collaborative, matrixed team environments.
- Comfortable working a schedule that allows for regular overlap with APAC time zones and coordination across global stakeholders.
- Critical thinker who is proactive, unflappable, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Proficiency with Workday, Slack, and other collaboration/administrative systems used to support program and financial tracking.
- Prior experience with complex, multi-country expense reporting and travel coordination.

You might also have

- Experience managing budgets and multi-country expenses or vendor processes.
- Background supporting or partnering with Tech/gaming executives, or sales organizations.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and program management tooling (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet).
- Experience supporting or coordinating employee experience and culture initiatives (onboarding, offsites, team events) at scale.
