Job Description & Summary
At PwC Malaysia, our Human Capital (HC) team plays a key role in supporting our people and the firm’s people priorities. As a Human Capital intern, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of HC and develop an understanding of how we attract, develop, engage and support our people throughout their journey with the firm.

Depending on business needs and ongoing projects, you may support a range of HC activities, initiatives and operational processes. This internship offers broad, hands-on exposure to working in a Human Capital function within a dynamic professional services environment, while developing practical skills in communication, coordination, data management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational support across Human Capital activities and processes
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing HC programmes, initiatives and events
- Support recruitment, onboarding, learning, talent development, employee engagement and other people-related activities, as required
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, workshops and other HC activities, including scheduling and logistics
- Assist with the preparation of communications, presentations, reports and other HC materials
- Maintain accurate documentation, employee information and records in accordance with relevant processes
- Assist with data collection, tracking, reporting and basic analysis to support HC initiatives and decision-making
- Liaise and coordinate with employees, candidates and internal stakeholders as required
- Contribute to HC projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support other Human Capital priorities and activities based on business needs

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or other relevant disciplines
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with people and collaborating with different stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable taking initiative
- Comfortable working with data and information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to commit to the required internship period
