About the role

As part of the BU France Leadership Team you will be working across functions and ensuring strong collaboration at all levels driving effective and efficient S&OP, delivering high customer satisfaction and healthy inventory and logistics management as well as governing key customer metrics for internal and external reporting.

This is a key role in executing the strategic direction of the business unit, developing a strong Operations team to drive the continuous improvement culture and setting and delivering challenging operational objectives – while energizing everybody everyday.

Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.

Required Qualifications

- Proven track record of leadership and developing strong performing teams with high motivation and satisfaction in their roles
- Proven cross-functional forecasting experience with a clearly demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement of the service delivered to retailers
- Ability to operate at a senior level with both internal and external stakeholders including experience leading complex/challenging negotiations
- Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges and ability to thrive in uncertainty
- Experience in leading teams through periods of significant change

Preferred Qualifications

- Operated in an Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain environment.

- Proactive approach to opportunities and challenges.

What you'll build

- Set strategic objectives that balance the business’s commercial and operational needs.
- Improve in-stock performance, inventory cover, item-level results, and forecast accuracy.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and service for retail partners by leading the customer service team.
- Support digitalisation and continuous improvement across the business.
- Contribute to the commercial and people plans for the next one to three years.

You'll join BU France Operations within Markets and Channels. The team works closely across functions and with regional partners. You'll create an inclusive environment where colleagues are empowered, engaged, and accountable. You'll bring a proactive approach, collaborate openly, and help others turn challenges into practical opportunities.

What success looks like

You'll establish clear priorities, strengthen team capability, and create accurate management of operational measures. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll improve planning, forecasting, inventory health, and retailer service while supporting digitalisation. You'll work closely with the BU France Leadership Team, France Operations, regional and European Operations partners, retail partners, and teams managing customer processes.
