Mechanical Assistant
Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Position Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Assistant to support mechanical operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, particularly with engines, turbos, or related mechanical systems . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who is comfortable working in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical assembly, maintenance, and repairs.
- Support technicians with engine, turbo, and mechanical system work.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect equipment and components for issues or wear.
- Follow safety procedures and established work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other mechanical duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous mechanical experience required.
- Experience with engines, turbos, or similar mechanical systems strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
