We are seeking a Director, Order to Cash Technology to join our Enterprise Applications function, supporting our global markets in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will lead Order to Cash technology strategy and delivery while collaborating with business process owners, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and technical teams. Discover your role
- Own the global Order to Cash technology vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery.
- Translate business direction into functional designs, user stories, release plans, and informed technology decisions.
- Govern scalable processes across commercial, clinical, patient access, replacement, collaborator, and returns orders.
- Lead solution design from requirements and fit-gap analysis through testing, migration, cutover, and support.
- Partner with Legal, Commercial, Finance, delivery teams, and external providers on connected Order to Cash solutions.
- Guide architecture, security, controls, quarterly releases, adoption, and continuous process improvement.
- Track performance through DSO, cash application, billing accuracy, and cycle-time measures.
- You lead analysts and consultants through complex decisions while building strategic external partnerships.
This role requires
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 12+ years in Order to Cash, technology programme management, or ERP implementation.
- 4–5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ideally within Business Process Owner governance.
- Expertise across Order Management, Pricing, Receivables, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, and Customer Master governance
- Knowledge of ASC 606, IFRS 15, VAT, SOX, J-SOX, GxP, Intrastat, EU triangulation, and trade compliance.
- Experience with Global Order Promising, supply planning, Warehouse Management, 3PL models, EDI, Edicom, and logistics integration.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing, AR ageing, Enterprise Contracts, chargebacks, rebates, government pricing, and Free of Charge orders.
- Understanding of master data, inventory, fulfilment, returns, tolling, contract manufacturing, and inbound and outbound logistics.
- Agile delivery, executive communication, eye for business, partner management, and people leadership experience
- OTBI, Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, multi-entity environments, systems integration, management consulting, or an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous
