We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join our Bioanalytical Sciences Quality Control team in an on-site capacity. In this role, you will perform quality control review of documentation, building foundational GxP knowledge while beginning to independently interpret findings and solve problems within defined procedures while collaborating with QC management, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Discover your role:
- Build foundational knowledge of established QC processes by reviewing, verifying, and acknowledging documentation under the direct supervision of management
- Assemble available resources to perform QC, learning to evaluate the quality of various forms of documentation
- Manage multiple documentation types at once, sharpening your ability to multi-task effectively
- Develop foundational problem-solving skills by learning appropriate approaches to resolve findings
- Collaborate with and engage stakeholders across functions to improve documentation quality
- Participate in QC sub-team and group meetings, sharing the results of your work with others
- Provide cross-functional support as needed, broadening your exposure across the organization
This role requires:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0-3 years of relevant post-degree experience
- Foundational knowledge of GxP principles and industry practices/standards is a plus
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity while maintaining a strong work ethic
- You communicate clearly and concisely, and you listen actively to understand the needs of your team and stakeholders
- You adapt readily to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You're invested in your own professional development and welcome giving and receiving feedback
- You bring scientific curiosity to your work, asking thoughtful questions to deepen your understanding
