About this role
This role combines Oracle APEX development, DevOps engineering, and Product Ownership to deliver secure, scalable, and automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency across OCI. The successful candidate will own and partner in the full application lifecycle—from product strategy and requirements gathering through development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
Working closely with Oracle Health Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Strategy teams, you will champion modern DevOps practices, drive automation initiatives, and deliver applications that enable operational excellence across Oracle's global cloud infrastructure
Requirements:
8+ years of application development experience , including strong hands-on expertise with Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, and enterprise application design, with experience delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable production solutions.
Demonstrated experience with DevOps and application lifecycle automation , including Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
Strong product ownership and requirements management skills , with experience defining product vision and roadmaps, managing and prioritizing backlogs, translating business requirements into technical solutions and user stories, leading release planning, and measuring product adoption and outcomes.
Proven ability to design and integrate enterprise solutions , including dashboards, workflow automation, reporting, APIs, event-driven architectures, and OCI/cloud services, with a focus on application performance, security, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills , with experience leading architecture and design reviews, driving automation and continuous improvement, supporting incident response and root-cause analysis, and partnering effectively with globally distributed Product, Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Strategy teams.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
