About this role

About The Role

We're hiring a Head of Alliances and Marketing to join Inardua's growing Revenue & Commercial team. Reporting to the CRO, this is a senior leadership role, accountable above all for the overall demand Inardua generates; the total pipeline we build, in new logos and in qualified revenue.

Alliances and Marketing provide the channels that deliver that demand. You'll own the plan across both, within the positioning and commercial direction set by our co-founders: building the structures and frameworks that let each function scale, and deciding where to focus effort, which channels are most valuable, and what activities and campaigns will support demand generation across each.

In addition to our longstanding partnership with Salesforce, we're building new partnerships across both AI and Platform Infrastructure. We also have relationships across a range of industry-aligned partners who can be equally impactful sources of demand. Part of this role is knowing where to prioritise. You'll need to navigate strategic, executive-level conversations with partner leadership as comfortably as you negotiate the commercial terms of a partnership agreement or plan the detail of a joint event.

Alongside planning, this is a hands-on role. You'll orchestrate the day-to-day running of our partnerships, the planning and delivery of events, and translating our GTM messaging so it lands effectively across a range of channels.

You'll work closely with the wider Commercial team to shape our wider GTM approach, embedding yourself as the connector between Inardua and our partners, and as the architect of how Inardua's story reaches the market.

About Us

Inardua was founded in 2020. We're the AI transformation partner for Energy, Utilities and Manufacturing, with partnerships across Frontier AI, CRM & Platform/Infrastructure. We're a Certified B Corporation, a Great Place to Work and an Energy UK member.

Our mission is to contribute to positive change, by amplifying the abilities of organisations to achieve their impact. We work with enterprise organisations in Energy, Utilities and Manufacturing, and have colleagues based across the UK, Europe, America and APAC.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership

- Own the plan for how Inardua generates demand across Alliances and Marketing, deciding where we focus effort, which partners and channels are the most valuable, and what activities and campaigns support demand generation across each

- Design and embed the structures, frameworks and processes that let alliances and marketing operate at scale, from partnership governance models to campaign and content operating rhythms, rather than relying on ad hoc activity

- Develop and lead initiatives that directly support business objectives, working across the leadership team to secure buy-in and resource

- Represent alliances and marketing within Inardua's senior leadership team, feeding into wider GTM and commercial strategy

- Set OKRs for alliances and marketing, translating Inardua's wider business objectives into measurable goals for both functions and reporting progress to the leadership team

Alliances & Partnerships

- Navigate strategic, executive-level conversations across our partner ecosystem. Salesforce is one of our most important partners, and we also hold relationships across a range of industry-aligned partners who can be equally impactful sources of demand

- Own the Salesforce relationship as a working rhythm rather than a quarterly review: coverage against the account plan, AE and RVP relationships, co-sell registration, opportunity introductions in both directions, and joint presence at Salesforce events

- Own the shape of each partnership: the account mapping, joint business planning and commercial framework that underpins how we work together

- Build and maintain relationships at every level of our partners' organisations. From senior executives, where the conversation is strategic (our GTM, proposition, and gaining their support), through to BDRs, where the focus is practical: planning the campaigns, events and activities that generate and source opportunities

- Evaluate and prioritise which partners and channels are the most valuable sources of demand. Our test is whether a relationship compounds our advantage or simply adds a logo.

- Set the standard and framework for joint account plans and partner-sourced pipeline hygiene, ensuring they're maintained to a high standard across the commercial team

- Support the onboarding of new Account Executives and Directors into our partner ecosystems, embedding relationship and co-sell habits that scale beyond you

Marketing

- Own marketing at Inardua end to end. Our brand story, customer wins and expertise are shared clearly and consistently across LinkedIn, our website and other channels.

- Own the message and carry one go-to-market motion across everything we publish. Every page, deck and campaign runs on the same spine: the industries we serve, the outcomes we're accountable for, and the services that deliver them. Tailor it for each audience and each channel without losing that spine, and set the narrative framework others across the business draw on

- Build and lead the operating framework that lets marketing scale beyond what one person can produce alone. Content calendars, campaign governance, brand guidelines

- Plan, run and deliver targeted campaigns aimed at our partners, particularly Salesforce, working with partner marketing and BDR teams to turn partner channels into direct inbound commercial opportunities

- Own partner and industry events end to end, from joint webinars and roundtables through to our presence at major partner events. Coordinate internal stakeholders, partner contacts and any external suppliers so each lands on message, on time and to budget, designed to build relationships and generate pipeline rather than visibility

- Represent Inardua at Salesforce partner events, ecosystem forums and field days, including World Tour, Dreamforce and UKI Partner Kick-Off, and at wider industry events

- Own the website and digital estate, including how Inardua reads to AI agents as well as to people. Structured data, answer-first content and agent-readable guidance are part of the brief, not a technical afterthought

- Own the marketing budget and manage any external agencies or freelance specialists. Set the briefs, hold them to deliverables and ROI, and decide where to build capability in-house versus buy it in

- Own measurement and reporting for marketing performance, translating activity into commercial impact for the leadership team, and feed intelligence from Salesforce leadership and the wider market back into go-to-market strategy, messaging and account prioritisation

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Significant experience leading alliances/partnerships and/or marketing at a senior level, with the credibility to own a plan and be accountable for its outcomes, not just execute activity set by others

- Familiar with how the Salesforce ecosystem operates day to day. Ideally you'll have worked on the partner side (at an SI or ISV) rather than for Salesforce itself

- Existing relationships with Salesforce in the UKI/EMEA market are a strong advantage, particularly in Energy and Utilities or Manufacturing

- Experience designing and embedding operating frameworks, structures or processes for a partnerships or marketing function, so activity scales beyond what one person can do alone

- A track record of prioritising where to invest across multiple channels. Comfortable making the call on which partners, activities or campaigns will generate the most valuable demand

- Experience structuring, negotiating and leading complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships (commercial agreements, joint business planning, governance) rather than solely running lead-generation activity from an existing alliance

- Experience repositioning a firm or a proposition, not only running campaigns for an established one, is a strong advantage

- Confident navigating strategic, executive-level conversations across a portfolio of partners and internally at Inardua, and just as effective building a campaign plan with a partner BDR

- Proven experience shaping and delivering outward-facing marketing. Comfortable owning messaging, content and campaigns rather than just briefing others to do so

- An understanding of the Energy and Utilities and Manufacturing industries

- Working fluency in AI and agentic technology. Enough to hold a credible conversation with an engineer and write about it without overclaiming

- Commercially sharp, able to navigate deal dynamics and apply appropriate urgency without damaging relationships

- Able to operate autonomously and exercise sound judgement within a broad framework, taking accountability for decisions that materially affect the business's commercial success

- Comfortable owning a budget, managing external agencies, and setting OKRs that translate business objectives into a plan for your function(s)

- Team-first mindset. You measure success by what closes and what lands, not just what's sourced or published

Success Measures

Success in this role will be demonstrated through:

- Overall demand generated for Inardua, measured as total qualified pipeline across new logo and qualified revenue, consistently meeting agreed targets each quarter

- Partner-sourced pipeline, with Salesforce as the largest contributor alongside our other key partners, consistently representing a significant share of that total

- Named, active strategic partnership relationships in place across our key partners within 90 days, each with a clear commercial framework and joint account plan

- Direct inbound commercial opportunities generated through partner-targeted campaigns and jointly-run events

- A consistent, targeted cadence of external content, campaigns and events that builds Inardua's profile with partners and the market

- One motion visible everywhere. Website, decks, events, partner materials and outbound all saying the same thing about industries, outcomes and services

- Operating frameworks and processes in place for both partnerships and marketing within 90 days, reducing reliance on ad hoc, founder-led activity

- OKRs for alliances and marketing met each quarter, and any external agencies or suppliers delivering to brief, budget and ROI

Benefits

As well as everything you'd expect (competitive salary, paid-for training and certs, unlimited opportunity for progression and development) here are some of the other things we provide:

- 38 days annual leave, including bank holidays

- Remote working

- Full (8%) company pension scheme

- Vitality Health Insurance

- Quarterly Company Performance Bonus (~15%)
