As a Quality Engineer specializing in Test Quality, you will support the delivery team in achieving high-quality test outcomes by applying a structured approach, test practices, and technical solutions. You will contribute to improved time to market by driving improvements through integrated metrics and measurements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assist with Test Optimization: Utilize a model-based Test Design approach and accelerate Test automation using the IGNITE platform to optimize test outcomes. • Learn Test Automation: Leverage cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection-based testing into prevention-based Quality Engineering. • Participate in Quality Planning: Prepare and guide the team on Quality Plans and overall Quality for the project lifecycle, emphasizing quality assurance and continuous improvement. • Explore Quality Metrics: Support the development of easily consumable technical test practices through integrated metrics and measurements. • Engage in Team Collaboration: Work with the delivery team to achieve high-quality software products through quality engineering best practices. • Exposure to Test Optimization: Familiarity with utilizing model-based Test Design approaches and accelerating Test automation using platforms like IGNITE. • Basic Understanding of Test Automation: Interest in leveraging cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection-based testing into prevention-based Quality Engineering. • Interest in Quality Planning: Awareness of preparing and guiding teams on Quality Plans and overall Quality for project lifecycles, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement. • Curiosity about Quality Metrics: Basic understanding of developing easily consumable technical test practices through integrated metrics and measurements. • Exposure to Team Collaboration: Participation in team settings to achieve high-quality software products through quality engineering best practices. • Test Automation Knowledge: Interest in leveraging cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection-based testing into prevention-based Quality Engineering, with a basic understanding of related concepts and technologies. • Quality Planning Awareness: Awareness of preparing and guiding teams on Quality Plans and overall Quality for project lifecycles, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement, with an interest in learning more. • Model-Based Testing: Exposure to model-based Test Design approaches, with curiosity about accelerating Test automation using platforms like IGNITE.
