Detail-oriented Workforce Analyst based in Bangalore, collaborating with US-based clients to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports during US business hours. The role focuses on providing end-to-end HR analytics and reporting solutions, combining strong expertise in data analysis, and SuccessFactors reporting (Story & Table reports) with in-depth knowledge of HR functional domains (HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development). You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data, translating business requirements into actionable insights that support organizational health assessments, workforce planning, and strategic talent initiatives. Additionally, you drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalable reporting solutions, enabling leaders to make informed, data-driven workforce and talent decisions. ·       Develop and deliver ad-hoc and scheduled reports for the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle based on business requests, ensuring high-quality, timely outputs. ·       Publish and monitor COE-defined workforce KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, performance trends, and measurable outcomes. ·       Manage and triage reporting requests through the ServiceNow portal, evaluating request complexity and: Resolving standard requests using existing dashboards Developing new reports and analytical models Escalating complex requirements to COE with complete documentation and validation ·       Engage with stakeholders and requesters to understand business requirements, clarify reporting needs, and translate them into meaningful data solutions. ·       Leverage SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Story and Table reporting tools to design scalable, accurate, and insightful reports, demonstrating strong technical proficiency. ·       Interpret business queries and perform detailed data analysis, ensuring alignment between business needs and reporting outputs.  ·       Consolidate, cleanse, and validate transactional HR data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting and analytics. ·       Assess reporting complexity, standardize outputs, and communicate insights effectively to leaders, HRBPs, and other stakeholders. ·       Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting optimization, and implement robust and scalable reporting solutions. ·       Provide analytical support for key HR and talent strategy initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making. ·       Demonstrate strong functional knowledge across core HR domains, including HR Operations (HR Ops), Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management (TM), Learning & Development (L&D) ·       Continuously enhance expertise in HR analytics, SuccessFactors reporting tools, and workforce analytics practices to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and business impact. Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field. Require experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, or a similar role. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with HRIS systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Willingness to work in US shift hours (Night Shift IST). ·       Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs. ·       Exposure to workforce planning or organizational design. ·       Understanding of talent supply/demand forecasting models.
