As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll manage a high-volume portfolio and work closely with hiring leaders to attract, engage and hire great talent. From developing recruitment strategies and proactively sourcing passive candidates to guiding leaders through the hiring process, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience at every step.

What you will do:

- Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment portfolio across a variety of roles and business areas.

- Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, direct outreach and other sourcing channels.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines through market research and ongoing relationship management.

- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on recruitment, interviewing and selection.

- Create compelling job postings and candidate messaging that reflect our culture and employer brand.

- Deliver an inclusive and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.

What you will bring:

- 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a large, complex organization.

- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio across a variety of roles and levels.

- Strong proactive sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.

- Experience developing and executing effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.

- Strong interviewing, assessment and stakeholder partnership skills.

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with SuccessFactors is an asset.

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

- Bilingualism in English and French is required, as the role regularly supports English- and French-speaking clients.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg or Montreal.

The base salary for this position is between $59.800 - $99,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
