Fixed-Term Maternity Cover | January 2027–August 2028

Travel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners, including hotels, vacation rentals, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply and our leading advertising and travel media network.

We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm on a fixed-term maternity cover from January 2027 through August 2028.

In this role, you will build and support relationships with hotel partners across Sweden. You will help partners make the most of Expedia Group’s marketplace by sharing relevant insights, identifying commercial opportunities and helping them improve their visibility, competitiveness and performance.

This is a location-based role in Stockholm. Swedish and English are required.

In this role, you will:

- Build and develop relationships with local hotel partners and key decision-makers.
- Maintain strong, trusted partner relationships through regular communication, thoughtful follow-up and practical support.
- Use partner reports, competitive information and market insights to identify opportunities and agree meaningful action plans.
- Recommend relevant products, services, marketing opportunities and revenue-management solutions that support partner goals.
- Help partner hotels keep their content, rates and availability accurate, attractive and competitive across Expedia Group sites.
- Work with partners to secure additional inventory during high-demand and compression periods.
- Support seasonal deals, promotions and dynamic promotions within agreed commercial guidelines.
- Help partners understand and use Expedia Partner Central, connectivity solutions and relevant support functions.
- Identify opportunities involving Expedia Group’s marketing solutions where appropriate.
- Track progress against agreed KPIs and priorities, while keeping accurate records of partner activity and follow-up actions.
- Participate in partner meetings, listen carefully to needs and use thoughtful questions to identify opportunities.
- Keep up to date with market developments, industry trends and the competitive landscape in Sweden.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to shared team goals.

Experience and qualifications

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, partner management, hospitality, travel, e-commerce or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
- Ability to use data and information to understand performance, identify opportunities and recommend the next practical steps.
- Good organization and time-management skills, with careful attention to detail.
- A proactive and persistent approach to follow-up and problem solving.
- Ability to manage several priorities and adjust quickly when circumstances change.
- A genuine interest in building relationships and earning the trust of partners and colleagues.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn, receive feedback and improve.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- Interest in the travel, hospitality or e-commerce industry is an advantage.

The total cash range for this position in Stockholm is kr528,500.00 to kr740,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to kr845,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Prague is Kč731,000.00 to Kč1,023,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,169,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
