$41,923.00 - $54,500.00
Under the supervision of the medical provider, the PCT ‘s core role is to assists the provider staff with basic patient care in the urgent care setting. PCT’s commit themselves to taking and documenting vitals, assisting with front desk coverage, point of care testing, stock maintenance, and daily QA.
Education, License, and Certification Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
6 months related experience in a health care setting or completion of certified nurse assistant course and/or experience as a paramedic, emergency technician is desired
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Honest, punctual, and performs the job in adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct as defined by AMC and the tenets of the profession.
Ability to communicate cooperatively and effectively with patients, family members, employees and others.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use of hands for various job functions, and occasionally required to sit, kneel, or crouch.
