About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee projects along Florida’s East Coast. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations for commercial concrete construction projects.
- Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality control, and productivity.
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Manage field resources and support project budget objectives.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Strong background in commercial concrete construction.
- Experience overseeing field operations, crews, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control, and scheduling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
