Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications that power workforce management and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud Services, React/Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern software engineering practices.

This role will work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver highly available solutions integrated with Amazon Connect, voice platforms, and enterprise applications. Experience with contact center technologies, telephony systems, and cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React/Angular.

- Build and deploy solutions on AWS leveraging services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and other cloud-native components.

- Develop high-performance REST APIs and backend services supporting workforce management and contact center platforms.

- Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, along with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

- Integrate enterprise applications with Amazon Connect and voice/contact center platforms to enable seamless business workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across application, cloud, and telephony environments while ensuring security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Microservices architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular, along with JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Proven expertise in AWS Cloud services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and cloud-native application design.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

- Knowledge of Amazon Connect, contact center technologies, and integrations with enterprise platforms.

- Exposure to SIP-based telephony systems, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, call routing, or contact center routing frameworks is highly preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 - 90000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
