About the role you're considering

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a business transformation project within the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to understand operational challenges, document requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of business and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses strong business analysis skills. The candidate must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, supporting project activities, and contributing to process improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on business value and user needs

Your Role

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and meetings to identify operational challenges, business needs, and improvement opportunities.

- Analyze current business processes, conduct fit-gap assessments, and recommend optimized future-state solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

- Act as a liaison between business, operational, and project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.

- Support project delivery through planning, risk and issue management, governance activities, status reporting, testing, and user acceptance processes.

- Perform impact assessments, maintain requirement traceability, and evaluate project dependencies, constraints, and business impacts.

- Drive improvements in document management practices, including document control, workflow governance, lifecycle management, and information accessibility.

Your skills and experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.

- Experience participating in business transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.

- Nice to Have - Experience in the aerospace industry.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: : $44,951 - $105,456/Year

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
