We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, ENT Clinical Services to lead ENT clinical workflow standardization, staff development, and Allergy Department operations across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to partner with physicians, executive leaders, and clinical teams to drive operational excellence, patient safety, and an exceptional patient experience.
What You Will Do
As the Manager, ENT Clinical Services, you will oversee ENT clinical workflow development and training while leading Allergy Department operations to ensure effective, efficient delivery of high-quality patient care. You will serve as a key partner in strategic initiatives, clinical education, and operational improvement efforts throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement standardized ENT clinical workflows in collaboration with physicians and Compliance leadership.
- Lead Allergy Department operations, staff development, and performance management.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements in partnership with Executive Leadership.
- Oversee patient and staff safety programs, including regular departmental rounding and action planning.
- Monitor clinical operations through EHR dashboards, reports, work queues, and performance metrics.
- Direct clinical inventory management, purchasing processes, and supply optimization.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee clinical equipment maintenance and repair processes.
- Develop recruitment, retention, and employee engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Support educational partnerships and oversee technical and clinical student programs.
- Ensure clinical competency assessment, workflow training, and regulatory compliance for ENT and Allergy staff.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, patient collections, reimbursement trends, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Providers to improve charge capture, denial management, and reimbursement outcomes.
- Promote an outstanding patient experience by addressing concerns, supporting patient engagement initiatives, and leading service excellence efforts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, required training, and certification requirements.
A Typical Day
A typical day includes directing ENT clinical workflow initiatives, collaborating with providers and operational leaders, reviewing department performance metrics, monitoring patient and staff safety, and supporting Allergy Department operations. You may lead training sessions, participate in strategic planning meetings, oversee educational programs, address patient concerns, analyze financial and operational reports, and partner with teams across the organization to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
Schedule/Travel
- Onsite, full-time, exempt position. Core business hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between CEENTA locations.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; or a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare leadership experience.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Experience leading clinical operations, workflow improvement initiatives, and healthcare teams.
- Experience in allergy services, ENT operations, or ambulatory healthcare settings preferred.
Certifications
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with demonstrated competency in allergy services preferred.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
Skills

- Experience managing change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.
