Quality Management Specialist - Your future role?

As a Quality Management Specialist in our Ede site, you will be part of a small and specialized team supporting our unique cheese powder business. Working closely with the broader Quality team and directly reporting to our local Head of Quality, you will support our stakeholders and improve the way we work. We offer a hands-on role where quality, collaboration and continuous improvement come together.

Your main responsibilities

- Support the site's needs regarding Food Safety and Quality Management Systems
- Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints
- Conduct quality investigations, implement corrective actions and support improvement initiatives
- Perform internal and supplier audits and participate in customer and certification audits (GMP, GLP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC 22000)
- Promote a culture of quality, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the Quality team
- Support Quality initiatives for both site and regional teams

What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Laboratory Science or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management or a related function within food manufacturing
- Fluent in English; Dutch language knowledge would be beneficial
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to Quality and Food Safety
- Strong stakeholder management skills and an intrinsic motivation to collaborate across teams, including Supply Chain, Operations and Continuous Improvement
