Pay: $18 to $20/hour
Location: Plymouth, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
Full Time, Temp-to-Hire

Warehouse Associate Job Description: PrideStaff is working with a premier client in search of an energetic and safety-minded Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries. The ideal Warehouse Associate is reliable, comfortable using basic math in daily tasks, and able to perform physically active work in a busy warehouse setting.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities :

Stock and organize products safely and accurately in the warehouse

Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery

Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely

Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy

Rotate stock properly and report any damaged or missing items

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

Follow company safety guidelines, procedures, and protocols

Warehouse Associate Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday

Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English (bilingual in Spanish preferred in specific locations)

Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks

Forklift experience or certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
