Quality Technician Job Description :
PrideStaff is working with a manufacturing facility in search of an experienced Quality Technician. The Quality Technician will be responsible for inspecting production parts, supporting production operations, and ensuring product specifications and customer requirements are met. The ideal Quality Technician has 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and experience working with steel tubing preferred. The Quality Technician is a full-time, direct hire position.
Quality Technician Job Responsibilities :
Inspect Production Parts & Support Production Operations
Ensure Product Specifications & Customer Requirements Are Consistently Met
Utilize Quality Gauges & Measurement Tools To Inspect Parts
Read & Follow Quality Standards, Procedures & Blueprints/Prints
Maintain Basic Records Using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Regularly Lift & Move Up To 50 lbs. As Needed
Maintain a Clean Environment & Proper Working Conditions at All Times
Must Adhere to All Safety Requirements
Quality Technician Job Requirements & Working Conditions :
2+ Years of Quality Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Required
Steel Tube Manufacturing Experience Preferred
Proficiency Reading Blueprints / Prints Preferred
Ability to Read & Follow Quality Standards & Procedures
Experience With Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Radius Gauges, Protractors, etc.
Basic Computer Skills Including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Strong Attention to Detail
Ability to Regularly Lift / Move Up to 50 lbs.
Have Consistent Punctual Attendance Required
