We are currently seeking a new Senior Manager, Content Collections for LatAm & Spain to join our Content team . This role is remote, and open to candidates based in Latin America or Spain. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

What your team does:

Clio's Content team builds and maintains the legal content that powers every product feature we ship. The LatAm and Spain group owns that content for Spain and the priority Latin American jurisdictions, and this role leads the group. You will build one coherent regional practice across several countries, and run it to the same standards, tools, and roadmap Clio uses in every market.

What you'll work on:

- Manage the content team across Latin America and Spain, with regular one-on-ones and clear performance standards;
- Run a roadmap and quality cadence for the region, including roadmap reviews, coverage-parity readouts, and check-ins;
- Coach the team to Clio's global performance bar, and close skill or process gaps as they come up;
- Take part in the Content Manager guild, and share source-acquisition tactics and enrichment patterns with the rest of Clio's content org;
- Set and run the content roadmap for Spain and the priority Latin American jurisdictions;
- Track coverage, currency, and quality against providers such as vLex, Thomson Reuters LatAm, and Wolters Kluwer, and against Clio's global bar;
- Set KPIs for completeness, update speed, enrichment depth, and reliability, by jurisdiction and for the region as a whole;
- Build the case for regional content investment, tied to win rate, retention, and revenue in Spain and Latin America;
- Work with Data Ops and Content Engineering to run regional ingestion and enrichment on Clio's shared pipelines, including the Iceberg migration;
- Apply Clio's global metadata and structure standards, citation models, and citator requirements to Spanish and Latin American case law and legislation;
- Send regional pipeline and tooling needs into the Content org's shared demand queue, with a clear case for priority;
- Keep a coverage map across the region's case law, legislation, and priority secondary sources, and rank gaps by legal authority, customer demand, competitive risk, and cost to close;
- Bring build, buy, and license recommendations to the Director, Licensing, and Corporate Development, with a clear cost-to-value case;
- Report regional cost per document, ingestion throughput, coverage parity, and enrichment progress on a regular cadence, and present quarterly to the Content Committee on the region's roadmap, risk, and business impact;
- Act as Clio's expert on Spain and Latin American legal content, working fluently in English and Spanish with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support;
- Serve as the bilingual point of contact between English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders on specs, standards, and roadmap updates;
- Support enterprise RFPs and sales pursuits in Spain and Latin America that need legal-content expertise, and write up regional content strengths with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement;
- Feed regional competitive intelligence into pricing, packaging, and market-entry decisions.

What you may have:

- 8 to 12 years in legal publishing, legal data operations, or content and product management, with direct experience in Spain or Latin American legal markets.
- 2 or more years managing a team directly.
- Deep knowledge of at least one Latin American legal system, or the Spanish legal system, and a working grasp of how they differ from each other.
- A track record of running a multi-country content operation, or a regional team, against a shared, global standard.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written, at a level that holds up with executives and in technical specs.
- People management skills: coaching, performance conversations, and team culture building.
- Product ownership across more than one jurisdiction at once, with the judgment to spot what is truly region-specific and what should run to a common standard.
- Data-driven prioritization and ROI modeling skills.
- Enough technical knowledge of ingestion pipelines, metadata, and citators to work as a counterpart to Data Ops and Content Engineering.
- A growth mindset about process improvement and new technology, especially AI.

Serious bonus points if you:

- Treat legal content as strategic infrastructure, and hold a high bar on accuracy and quality.
- Build one coherent practice across several jurisdictions, rather than run each market as its own operation.
- Work across languages and cultures without losing precision or authority.
- Own outcomes at the portfolio level, and coach the team that delivers them.
