## Job Summary



## To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North, Campus.

Reporting to the Master Planner, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

- Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
- Generate Shortage Report.
- Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
- Demand analysis and upload.
- Analyze, request, and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs – expediting fees).
- Control of Do Not Buy list.
- Analyze and apply Engineering Changes.
- Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
- Generate Excess and Obsolete Report and follow up.
- Update Production Plan – Capacity projection.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- MPS experience or similar position.
- Strong experience in Materials Planning.
- English advance (spoken and written).
- Knowledge in Kinaxis Fast Response.
- CTB and procurement knowledge.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Customer service experience.
