About this role

We are hiring an IT Coordinator to join our team in Toronto! As an IT Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to assist customers and end-users with technical issues related to products, services, or software. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving problems, providing guidance, and delivering exceptional support. This position requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach. Printing daily and monthly documents, uploading/downloading files to insurers and clients, setup new members and employers using company enterprise software

The IT Coordinator will:

- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to technical problems, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and systems.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and technical specifications.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles to assist both customers and internal teams.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for handling customer issues and escalations.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

To be Successful as an IT Coordinator, you will need:

- College diploma or University degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of MSOffice 365, MS share point
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.

The base salary for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
