SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer keeps Towne’s talent pipeline full before a role even opens. This role builds genuine relationships on college campuses and within our own walls, proactively engaging early-career talent and current associates alike so hiring managers always have great people to meet. It’s a role rooted in curiosity and connection: researching where talent lives, building trust with career centers and student organizations, and championing the associates already growing their careers at Towne. ### Job Details

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $66,000 - $81,000.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

Descriptive Statement(s)

Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Development (30% of time): Source and engage passive and active candidates across channels to build robust, ready-to-go talent pipelines for current and future openings.

Campus & Early-Career Relationship Building (20% of time): Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools and student organizations to create a sustainable pipeline of early-career and intern talent.

Internal Mobility & Talent Pipelines (20% of time): Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and engage internal talent for open roles, championing growth and mobility opportunities for current Towne associates.

Talent Community & Database Management (10% of time): Maintain and grow an organized talent pool and CRM of prospective candidates for future hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Event Representation (10% of time): Represent Towne at campus career fairs, student organization events, and internal mobility or career events to promote open positions and Towne’s culture.

Collaboration with Recruiters & Hiring Teams (7% of time): Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to align sourcing strategy with open requisitions and hiring needs.

Sourcing Metrics & Reporting (3% of time): Track and report sourcing metrics, including pipeline conversion, campus program participation and internal mobility placement rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:

No specific licensure or certification is required for this role.

- Certification in sourcing (e.g., AIRS/CIR) is a plus, though not required.

Work Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of sourcing, recruiting or campus recruiting experience preferred, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate or another multi-site service industry.

- Experience with campus recruiting programs and/or internal talent mobility programs strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both external candidates and internal associates as genuine, trusted connections rather than transactions.

- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with university career centers, faculty and student organizations to create a sustainable early-career talent pipeline.
- Working knowledge of internal mobility and talent marketplace practices, with the ability to advocate for current associates seeking new opportunities.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed and campus recruiting portals.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the Towne brand professionally on campus and within the organization.
- Organized, data-driven mindset with the ability to track sourcing activity and pipeline health.

SCOPE

Authority to Act:

Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Working Environment

The majority of work will be performed in climate-controlled environment but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperatures on occasion.

Travel

Travel of up to 5% may be required.
