Job description
We are seeking a college student pursuing an accounting degree for a fall accounting internship at our corporate office in Farmington Hills. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate classes.
The accounting intern will gain hands-on experience assisting with job cost accounting, financial reporting, annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, and special projects as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in accounting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
