Position Summary:

Serve as a senior logistics advisor responsible for driving enterprise integration, digital modernization, and secure system architectures across DoD mission environments. Lead cross-functional efforts involving systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, open architecture, and emerging technologies to enable interoperable, scalable, and mission-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead logistical assessment of design, and prototyping of integration solutions across mission systems, digital infrastructure, cloud environments, and open architectures.
- Develop logistical system to track architectures, technical roadmaps, interface standards, and integration strategies aligned with modernization and Zero Trust objectives.
- Plan and execute demonstrations, pilots, and prototype efforts to validate capabilities, reduce risk, and inform technical decisions.
- Develop and implement logistical standards, interface requirements, and governance processes to enable interoperability across programs and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Government leadership, program offices, and industry partners on technical strategy, requirements, and integration challenges.
- Perform system-level logistical analysis of hardware, software, networks, data architectures, and mission workflows to develop integrated solutions.
- Deliver technical assessments, recommendations, and executive-level briefings to senior leadership.
- Collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, acquisition, and operations teams to achieve mission objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Business, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in DoW logistics support and intelligence
- Experience with DoD, Air Force, or other Federal Government programs and acquisition environments.
- Experience developing and integrating complex hardware, software, network, and cloud-based systems.
- Experience with requirements analysis, interface management, technical architecture development, and risk reduction activities.
- Experience leading technical demonstrations, evaluations, or prototype efforts.
- Experience with RMF, cybersecurity compliance, security control implementation, vulnerability management, and authorization activities supporting ATO and ATC efforts.
- Experience with open architectures, interoperability standards, and cross-program integration initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with experience briefing senior Government and organizational leadership.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Desired:

- Experience with Zero Trust architectures and cyber resiliency principles.
- Experience with VMware, virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and modern digital infrastructure.
- Experience supporting Air Force mission systems, weapon systems, modeling and simulation, or distributed training environments.
- Knowledge of Digital Engineering, MBSE, Open Mission Systems (OMS), FACE, UCI, or related DoD architecture frameworks.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AI/ML-enabled capabilities.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
