As a Facilities Administrator, you’ll be responsible for assuring high standards of customer service, unwavering optimism and professionalism; you'll provide timely response to and resolution of client requests or concerns; maintain exceptional management of our buildings and perform accurate reporting.
What you bring:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 3+ years of commercial real estate property /facility management with oversight of remote locations or related experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
Bonus skills and experience
- Proven record in providing high standards of customer service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
What success looks like:
- Our customers are pleased in how you respond to and/or resolve their requests in a timely manner.
- You multi-task various projects with multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- You organize and prioritize organize your workload, maintaining accurate records and information.
- You successfully manage multiple sites and services in Louisville, Roanoke, and Columbus.
- You prioritize and check emails/Work order systems throughout the day for update in requests.
- Effectively monitor vendor SLA compliance.
- You effectively manage inventory/supplies for the facility.
- You successfully monitor/manage facility in building walkthroughs.
