What You’ll Do

As a Supply Planner, you will accountable for maintaining supply plans, RCCP reviews, inventory projections, production priorities, shortage mitigation, and Planning inputs across assigned North American manufacturing and distribution operations. Other duties include:

- Coordinate business responses to capacity constraints, raw material shortages, demand changes, shutdowns, and customer service risks.
- Maintain an executable supply plan aligned with current demand, inventory targets, manufacturing capacity, and material availability.
- Monitor projected inventory, safety stock, backorders, and supply constraints.
- Support inventory deployment and replenishment decisions across plants, warehouses, and distribution locations
- L ead or coordinate regular RCCP reviews for assigned product lines and manufacturing sites.
- Validate demand against demonstrated production capacity, labor availability, shutdown schedules, and key material constraints.
- Identify capacity gaps and recommend production, sourcing, inventory, or customer-prioritization scenarios.
- Translate supply requirements into realistic production priorities and planning assumptions.
- Partner with plant leadership to align the Master Production Schedule with capacity, inventory, and customer requirements.
- Prepare supply inputs for the monthly SMR cycle.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Commercial teams on product availability, allocation decisions, and realistic customer lead times.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering, ideally with a manufacturing or chemicals focus
- Master's Degree (MBA, Supply Chain, Finance, or Procurement-related discipline) preferred
- Professional Certifications: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
- 10+ years in Sourcing or Category Management
- Cross functional leadership experience
- Work Experience in Manufacturing, Mining Services, Oil & Gas
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
