The ideal candidate is also a strong storyteller, knows how to build forward momentum in a PPM environment, stays current with pop culture, and can create engaging social and video content. The successful candidate will also know how to effectively tease and deliver compelling content with strong pacing and timing.

- Availability to work as needed, including nights, weekends, station events, and community events.
- Strong social media skills and readiness to engage with the Jacksonville community on-air, online, and through regular participation in station and community events.
