The Advisor embodies Coca‑Cola’s commitment to world‑class customer service by managing the coordination of new equipment installations, upgrades, flavor changes, replacements, and removals. Through partnership with internal teams and external service providers, this role ensures seamless operations and timely fulfillment across our Foodservice network.

What You’ll Do for Us
- Serve as a Coca‑Cola Ambassador and the primary contact for Foodservice equipment service needs, providing accurate information and resolving issues expediently.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end project activities for new beverage installations, replacements, flavor changes, removals, and relocations, ensuring consistent execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service orders and scheduling within company systems such as Thirsty, QuickBase, and ServiceNow or equivalent platforms, maintaining transparency and timeliness.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Executives, Field Technicians, Logistics partners, and Customer Operations to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Proactively monitor order fulfillment, ensure asset availability, and oversee the sourcing and shipment of equipment and components.
- Research and troubleshoot operational issues, leveraging internal data tools and systems to provide solutions that drive first‑call resolution and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in customer databases to track service activity, asset movement, and project outcomes.
- Build and nurture partnerships with customers and third‑party service providers that reinforce reliability, shared accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Engage in feedback processes to identify repeat issues, collaborating with Technical Services and Supply Chain leaders to implement corrective actions.
- Support the continuous enhancement of operational tools, processes, and customer experience programs through innovation and teamwork.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer‑facing roles within a service, call center, logistics, or sales environment.
- Experience within the foodservice or beverage industry preferred, with familiarity in equipment installation or order management systems.
- Knowledge & Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Technical proficiency in CRM, order tracking, or work management systems (e.g., Thirsty, QuickBase, ServiceNow, SAP).
- Knowledge of distributor and supplier processes, asset management, and equipment fulfillment cycles.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Detail orientation and accuracy in data entry, order tracking, and customer documentation.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to build alignment among customers, suppliers, and internal service teams.
